How long does shipping take?
It all depends on where you are. Customs delays, holidays, and other delays can also affect shipping times. On average, however, your order should arrive within two to six weeks.

Can you cancel my order?
We begin processing orders immediately after receiving them. If your order has not yet shipped, we may still be able to cancel your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your cancellation request.

The availability of tracking information for orders shipped with standard shipping will depend on your location.

What if I want to return my order?
