Can I make changes to my order?

If your order is recent enough, it may still be possible. Just email us at info@knightsways.co.uk for any changes, removals, or additions.

Can you cancel my order?

We begin processing orders immediately after receiving them. If your order has not yet shipped, we may still be able to cancel your order but it is not guranteed. Please email us at info@knightsways.co.uk as soon as possible with your cancellation request.

When do you ship my order?

We process your order within 48 hours so it can be with you as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

The availability of tracking information for orders shipped with standard shipping will depend on your location.

If tracking is available for your order, we will send you an email with your order's tracking number.

Return Policy 

What if I want to return my order?

If you are unhappy with the product and would like to return it or would like to exploit other options, please contact info@knightsways.co.uk.

However, please note, you would be responsible for paying the return shipping of the product. 

No items can be returned more than 14 days after delivery.  If you want to return a product, contact us at info@knightsways.co.uk and we will guide you through the return process.
